We have a wooded area in our property that makes it perfect to use this Ohuhu 16×52 Monocular Telescope.
It’s a good tool to use as a supplement in teaching the kids about nature. We have various species of birds, as well as rabbits, squirrels, snakes, deer, and other animals that my girls can now see up close without being close to danger. Don’t get me wrong; this is not for my kids only. I also enjoy using it and teaching them things at the same time.
It’s not bulky, so adding this in a backpack during an outdoor vacation trip should not be an issue. It comes with a pouch and a lanyard, so you can even bring this along strapped in your hand for those quick hikes up a small trail.
The Ohuhu 16×52 Dual Focus Monocular Telescope comes with a cleaning cloth too, so there’s no need to worry about smudges. On a sweaty day, you don’t want to use your wet, sweaty shirt to clean the lenses. Besides, it’s probably not a good idea, as you can scratch the lens inadvertently with the wrong material.
One other thing that I’d like to note is that the Ohuhu 16×52 Monocular Telescope has got a dual focus feature, and you can make adjustments as necessary from the front and back as it suits your view.
If you want to view the craters on the moon with this, then you’re looking at the wrong scope. However, if you just want to use it for basic nature watching, sporting events, or surveillance reasons, this should suffice.
