There’s no way you’ll ever run out of space to hold various business cards! That is, of course, if you use this Rolodex 67465 192-Card Vinyl Business Card Book shown below.

This Rolodex 67465 has a 192-card capacity, which is more than enough for what you could amass in a lifetime! (Okay, maybe not a lifetime… but for much of your life perhaps)

It’s a little over 7 inches x 1 ft in size. The sales description says its got 32 transparent pages that holds a total of 192 business cards. Calling it a “page” is a little bit confusing because it’s not a full size page as you would normally think of when you hear the word “page”. The page that they are referring to is actually what I think of as a “flap” with 3 business cart slots.

Anyway, there are 2 main compartments, each containing 2 sides of business cards (left side and right side, when you open each compartment). Each side contains 24 total slots, 3 in a row (if you’re looking at it in the landscape view) of 6 flaps. If you’re only inserting 1 card per slot, that gives you 24 + 24 = 48. Since there are 2 compartments, you’ll have 96 in total. However, if you put 2 cards (facing opposites) in one slot, then you’ll have 48 + 48 = 96. With 2 main compartments, you’ll have 96 + 96 = 192. I hope my math didn’t confuse you.

The cover is made of vinyl in black color, giving it a professional look. The gold-plated corner edges also complements the look.

If you ask me, it’s like having your own Yellow Pages Business Directory at home, really — except it only contains information for business and services that are pertinent to you and your specific needs. Isn’t that nice?!

If you want to, you can organize the business cards in alphabetical order. The Rolodex 67465 allows you to do just that. It comes with pre-labeled business cards, from A to Z. If you don’t want to do that, you can also organize them into categories — except you’ll have to make your own labels. Well, that’s just my idea anyway. For example, you can devote 1-2 pages (front and back) solely for health care providers that your family regularly sees (ie dentist, optometrist, pediatrician, etc) and perhaps put a sticker on the page with category name (in this example, “Medical”).

You know what other use I can think of for this Rolodex 67465? It can hold valuable coupon clippings! Organize your coupons with this booklet and take with you to the grocery store. It works great for that too! Of course, it will only work on coupon clippings that are no bigger than a business card size…
